- Our Shipping Policy: We use FedEx or UPS ground delivery to ship to any U.S. address. For artwork that is pre-framed by the artist or purchased unframed, there is a shipping and handling fee. When you wish to purchase an artwork, you can send an Email Inquiry.Because artwork is sourced directly from the artist, it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Our Customer Service department will notify you via email once your artwork is en route to your home. A FedEx or UPS tracking number will be emailed to you.
- Return/exchange policy: Your satisfaction with any purchase is 100% guaranteed. If your order is damaged in shipment, please keep the package it came in and contact us immediately. If you are not fully satisfied with your artwork for any reason, please let us know, by email, within 5 days after you receive it.
- Copyright ownership: As the creator of the work, Archana Saggar retains copyright for her artwork. Under this copyright, exhibit, publish, license, reproduce or create derivative versions the work of art is not permitted.
- Permitted usage: The artists art work can only be displayed in the home/business location for what it was purchased.
- Prohibited usage: No original work from the artist can be displayed without her written consent. Any violations to this will be considered illegal.
- Price stability: The price quoted is the final retail purchase price,
